Made from a seamless circular knitted fabric, the Ultimate Elastic Knee Support from Ultimate Performance offers a compressive support for unstable and weak knees and helps to relieve symptoms of arthtitis and tendinitis.  It is thinner than neoprene but still offers the high level of support so is an ideal alternative for those allergic to neoprene and latex.  The breathable four way stretch of the fabric is comfortable to wear and will target support where required.  The compression element will also stimulate blood flow to the area to help prevent lactic acid building up and reduce the risk of cramps and stiffness.
