UK Orders: Customers will have the choice to pick between Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery. Standard Delivery is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Next Day Delivery is a guaranteed next working day service. This applies to orders placed before 3.30pm on a working day.

Please contact us via email (sales@therunningoutlet.co.uk) outlining the product fault and providing images where necessary and we will assist you in the return of your faulty goods. If we deem the product to have a manufacturing fault, we will provide an exchange or a full refund at the customer’s request.
