W.L Gore and Associates was founded in the USA over 50 years ago and have developed technologies that have helped men reach Mount Everest, the North Pole and even the moon. Gore Wear running clothes came later but still leads the way in the technology of fabrics and produces highly functional clothing for all types of runner, consistently setting new standards that allows runners to improve their performance whilst providing optimal protection. Best known for developing and producing Gore-Tex and Windstopper fabrics, it offers maximum protection against the elements and can be found in winter jackets. Gore Running Wear put much time and effort into the design and fit of all its clothing, for every season, so there is little distraction and leaving you to concentrate on your training.
