We will be operating under an appointment system until further notice. We feel this is the safest and fairest way to keep both customers and staff safe and to avoid and disappointment or frustration when visiting us. We will be implementing the following procedures:

• Gait Analysis will be by appointment and walk in's (which will be completed on a first-come basis).
• Each appointment slot is for 1 person.
• Each appointment can take up to 45 minutes.
• We will be operating 2 appointments per time slot.
• Online Appointments will be given priority over walk in's.
• Gait analysis appointments will require a deposit of £19.99 which is redeemable against any final purchase. Deposits are strictly non refundable.
• We do recommend booking over the weekend as the store does get rather busy to avoid any disappointment.
• If shoes are not purchased on the day, the £19.99 gait analysis deposit acts as a voucher for up till 30 days from the date shown on the receipt.
• Paypal is required if purchased online, please call the store on 01227379998 if you do not have access to Paypal, and we can manually book you in.
