Purchase from The Running Outlet
When you place an order with The Running Outlet you are offering to buy the goods and in doing so allow us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying these goods. We will supply you with the products you order when we receive your order is confirmed. This is when the contract for sale of products between you as the customer and The Running Outlet is made. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid for the goods in full. Until title passes from us to you by way of payment in full you shall store and secure the goods at your own cost, clearly identified that they are still the property of The Running Outlet. The price payable for goods is displayed on the website at the time of placing an order. If any goods have been incorrectly priced on the website, we shall not be obliged to supply the goods at the advertised price. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Quotations are given irrespective of the availability of products.
We aim to stock all goods displayed on the website. We operate using Royal Mail Postal service and we will endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 days or next day (DEPENDING DELIVERY OPTION), weekend & bank holiday permitting, from confirmation of order. All dates quoted for delivery are estimates and are offered in good faith. Where a product may be out of stock we will replenish as soon as possible.
The Running Outlet wish to make ordering online as easy as possible. Credit Card / Debit Card Payment The Running Outlet accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal. Paypal are leading online money transfer company who ensure safe, secure and instant transaction. We maintain a policy whereby we do not retain any credit and debit card information during or after any payment transaction.
We usually despatch orders by Royal Mail, a service which requires signature upon delivery. Please ensure where possible that someone will be available to sign for your delivery, alternatively once the courier / Post Service has been the first time a card with contact details will be left and it will then be possible to arrange collection or reschedule a more convenient delivery time. Occasionally it may be necessary to deliver goods in several consignments for which there will be no further cost. Please read Carriage & Returns for full details.
Return of Goods
Our returns policy is straightforward and uncomplicated. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email at [email protected] within seven days. We can either arrange for an exchange or refund, at which time you can upload a returns form from our website. Return the goods in an unused, re-sellable condition and in the original relevant packaging, within 7 days of having received the goods, together with the fully completed returns form. Returns can only be accepted with a fully completed returns form and we reserve the right to refuse returned goods or be liable for a 10% charge where appropriate if not in the original and re-sellable condition. Should any returns be refused we will notify you in writing with a full explanation. Please note that as the customer, it is your responsibility to arrange returns and to protect your returns we would recommend you use a registered form of delivery. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any delivery and costs to collect the goods, if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the goods back from you, following notice of cancellation in writing from you. Please note we only refund in pound sterling and refunds are subject to exchange rates if the original purchase is outside of the UK. Shipping for exchanged goods will be charged if outside the UK.
Return of Faulty Goods
The Running Outlet will endeavour to ensure that all goods purchased arrive in perfect condition. In the event that this is not the case, please email [email protected] within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods. We will contact you to arrange replacement goods or a full refund. We accept liability limited to the nett invoice value charge of the delivered products, in the event of any products purchased and delivered being defective.
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to receipt of goods, please contact us by email at [email protected] . The right of cancellation applies only to standard website advertised items, and does not apply to any products which may have been placed as special orders. Please note we only refund in pound sterling and refunds are subject to exchange rates if the original purchase is outside of the UK.. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any delivery and/or collection costs, if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the returned goods, following notice of cancellation in writing from you. Please note that 7 working days notice is required to cancel this contract starting on the day after the day you receive the confirmation of your order from us. We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract a legal requirement exists for you to take good care of the goods. Returning the goods to us is at your cost to and the goods are required to be returned to the address on the returns form. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured and use a delivery service that requires a signature. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days of cancellation or if you request we can collect the goods from you at your cost. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any delivery costs and costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the returned goods, following the required notice of cancellation in writing from you. In the unlikely incidence where any products are being returned to The Running Outlet due to being faulty, incorrect goods or as a result of unsuitable substitution The Running Outlet will refund the cost of return and may ask that you allow us to specify the carrier.
Placing an order for any products not listed in the current website is considered a special order. Cancellation of a special order may, at the discretion of The Running Outlet, incur a surcharge.
