Shock Absorber Ultimate Run Sports Bra
Shock Absorber launched in 1995 after intensive research and studying of the negative effects of exercise on the female body. There are no muscles in the breast so once the ligaments stretch the damage is irreversible. The Ultimate Run Bra from Shock Absorber is their first high impact sports bra designed specifically for running. The award-winning Ultimate Run Bra reduces bounce by up to 78%* and offers an extremely comfortable fit to ensure you stay properly supported without any irritation. It features wide padded and adjustable straps to suit your individual needs and a full back opening to make it easier to get on and off. The inside is also seam-free for added comfort and to help prevent chafing. Made from breathable fabrics to help you stay cool and dry.
*University of Portsmouth 2009 (Scurr et al) – testing carried out against ‘no bra’ conditions.

Getting the right bra size
It is important to measure yourself regularly, but remember that your bra size can change due to exercise, diet or pregnancy.
1. Bra Size (underbust)
Place the tape measure around your rib cage immediately under the bust, measuring in centimetres. The tape should be held firmly but not too tight, so that you can breathe easily.
2. Cup Size (full bust)
Measure the bust at the fullest part in centimetres. If you fall between the sizes always go by your bra size (underbust measurement) and try either side for cup size
