Canterbury Running Routes You Need to Try

Calling all runners!

We are a few months into 2022 (can you believe it?) and we have already released lots of specialist running shoes. Whether you are an expert runner or are just beginning your running journey, we have the perfect running shoes, clothing and accessories to suit you!

As well as amazing new products, we recently opened our new store in Canterbury and have welcomed local customers, as well as those from further afield.

We thought it would be nice to suggest some local running routes to our store, hopefully giving anyone in the area new routes to try.

And of course, feel free to pop in to see us before or after your run. We can give you expert advice (be it product or training wise), and would love to hear your running stories, especially when it comes to how you got started!

We can also provide Gait Analysis, which monitors your body’s movement and your feet (sports biomechanics) whilst running. During gait analysis, you will be asked to walk and run on our in-store treadmill whilst your movements are recorded using the latest Daftfish software. We can then advise and fit the correct shoes according to your own individual requirements.

If all this talk of running has made you excited for your next session, check out these routes to try in Canterbury.
