Shipping

We believe that you shouldn't have to worry about your goods reaching you, and that delivery should be as convenient and as easy as possible. For that reason we use Royal Mail to enable us to get your goods to you via a method that suits you best.

For your convenience you can choose any delivery address, be it at work, home, or somewhere else. All we ask is that your billing address matches your registered card details (otherwise payment won’t pass our checkout security checks). Most large parcels require a signature, unless specified otherwise when ordering.*
If your order is placed before 2pm Monday – Friday we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day, weekend orders will be processed on Monday morning. On very rare occasions we may be out of stock of your item which may cause a slight delay of one or two working days, if however the delay is longer than this we will contact you to ensure you are happy to wait or to offer you an alternative product.
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery method and a tracking number if applicable. If you are not around when Royal Mail attempts to deliver then they will leave a card informing they called. If you would like the package left at the local post office after an unsuccessful attempted delivery, then please state this on the delivery instructions at checkout.

UK Mainland & Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland
Delivery is FREE on all orders within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland). If you require express 24 hour delivery, please select the 'Next-day delivery' option at the checkout (24 hour delivery is charged at £7.00 and not all items may be available for this service), call our sales team on 01227 379998 for any further enquires.

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered, however most orders should arrive in 2-3 days.
 

Europe
It is important to us at the running outlet that your goods arrive safely and securely. For this reason most of our European Parcels are sent using Royal Mail, who in turn will use the destinations postal company and their associated partners, in most cases we will use the Air Sure Service as we are able to track the parcel from the time it leaves us and gets to you. If your country does not support this then international sign for is used.

* Postage will be charged according to the size and weight of your item.

* Some of the items we sell are heavy or bulky and may carry a delivery surcharge. If an additional charge is payable, one of our Customer Service agents will contact you to take payment and arrange delivery. The item description will explain fully any additional charges if applicable.

If you wish to purchase more than one item a 25% shipping discount is applied to your overall shipping costs. This will be found in your shopping basket, you will be charged for the most expensive shipping fee first then the discount will apply to the other delivery fees in your shopping basket.

International (Including other European locations and Rest of World)
