Blisters can be a nightmare if you get one when you are out and about, this handy pack can provide relief on the move. CAUSE : Excess friction and pressure cause the dermis and epidermis layers to loosen. A pocket is created which fills with lymph liquid.

TREATMENT : Remove any loose skin, clean and dry the wound.

APPLICATION : Remove the patterned protective layer, then remove the white protective paper and place the Compeed plaster directly over the blister. Gently pull away the non-touch tab. Hand warm the Compeed for one minute before and after application.
